When you join the waitlist we collect the information you give us directly: your first name, email address, city and flavour preference. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Your personal information is used only to send product updates and launch announcements. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email opt-out

Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link. Communications stop within 24 hours of unsubscribing.

Cookies

The site uses functional cookies and Google Analytics tracking. You can disable these in your browser settings.

Security

We implement technical measures to protect your data, and access to stored data is restricted to the team members who need it.

Retention

Subscriber information is kept while you remain subscribed and is permanently deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@aerishydration.com. We respond within 7 business days.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced by email. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
