Refund policy

Pre-launch status

Aeris Hydration is currently in pre-launch. No products are available for purchase at this time. Waitlist reservations do not involve any payment.

Returns after launch

Once sales begin in August 2026, you have a 7-day return window on all unopened products from the date of delivery.

Damaged or defective products

Report a damaged or defective item within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, opened beverage products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Customised packs are excluded from returns unless damaged.

Subscription orders

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. Cancellations after dispatch follow the standard return procedure.
